Thank you… We really value your input to our survey carried out each year to get your thoughts on how SEND service across Staffordshire are supporting our children.
This year’s survey was our fourth, allowing us to track changes which are being made by the Local Authority and the health services across the county and monitor impact on our children’s lives.
Who answered the survey?
This year, 260 families responded to the survey, responding on behalf of 359 children and young people.
What were you telling us?
– Overall, there was no major change in the findings from last year.
– Most of you experienced poor communication with services and through the EHCP process
– There was a small improvement in how people were experience education services.
